Has Vicars made a sausage up and is now trying to work out how to tell 4000 derby fans they cant have their Normal seats.

Is he working out some compensation scheme that wont piss off other season ticket holders

Have Chelsea played hard ball over prices and he's organising free scarfs for home fans (like against United)
