Ambitious
I must admit, I have been a bit disappointed this month and I genuinely believe this has been our worst month of the season so far. We kept three clean sheets in our first three games, but they were by no means because of fantastic defensive performances, and the last two games have seen us ship four goals. Obviously, with the five against Fulham, we've made it 10 goals scored for the month and left us with an impressive monthly goal difference of +6 from five games. So, I guess I shouldn't complain too much. Three wins, a draw and a loss cover up what has been a pretty disappointing month, but with that in mind it's nice to see, even in second gear, we are able to grind results out and ultimately score goals. We have a tougher month coming up in November - Brentford (A), Huddersfield (H), Wolves (H), Watford (A) and Leeds (A) - so will, in my opinion, certainly need to improve performances levels to like what we saw in September. On the Player of the Month poll: Just note, only players that have appeared in roughly 50% or more of the games have been added. Happy Voting. Recapping our previous months: August - 1. Cyrus Christie, 2. Chris Martin, 3. Jamie Ward September - 1. Will Hughes, 2. Cyrus Christie, 3. Chris Martin We will call time on voting in one weeks time. Thorne
Christie has also been very good. Think he will be one of our most consistently good performers this season.

Guest
I vote Hughes: without his passing genius, there is no Martin. Russell had a pretty good month too.

Ashz09
Voted Christie forgot about Martin! To much of a trigger finger ): I like Martin has more to his game then goals and looks to be a winner. You can see his delight when he scores and if things aren't going his way or the teams way he really tries to get them going. I like Mclarens quote the other day what Martin said in the dressing room. Class act.
Walsall_Ram
Lee Grant? Tho I'm voting Martin. Grant deserves more praise.

Ambitious
Lee Grant? Tho I'm voting Martin. Grant deserves more praise. He's only played twice this month, the same amount as Butland. Roos also played in one, against Fulham, so no goalkeeper could be considered due to the 50% rule.
