Oh alright then.....

We'd have signed adam smith

Bryson and keogh would have been sold to burnley

Hughes would have gone to liverpool with conor coady coming in part ex..

We'd have signed mcgahey, scougall and mcnulty

Ben davies would still be here

Max lowe would have played for the first team.

Jacobs would have been bombed out for no apparent reason.

We'd have replaced Legzdins with someone like joe lewis.

Team:

Grant, Smith, Forsyth, Buxton, McGahey, eustace, hendrick, scougall, martin, russell, ward.

Subs lewis, Freeman, lowe, naylor, o'brien, coady, coutts, bennett, thomas, mcnulty, sammon, b davies, hanson,

I think we would have been promoted automatically last season and right now we'd be in 7th place in the Premiership.

McClaren has a lot to answer for, he really does.

Leon Best has proven to be a ludicrous signing and I would question whether McClaren really has the pedigree to take us forward.

I think we would of started really well and come mid October we would of been found out again. We would be winning 2-0 away from 70 Minutes to go we would take Martin off and bring on a centre back. We would end up going 3-2 down with 20 minutes left. He'll then take off Russell and bring on Freeman just to make sure we hold on.

Ohhhhhhhhhhhh how I miss them times. 'He's bringing on a sub to change the game!! Who could it be maybe winger, or dare I say a striker!? Oh wait it's a defender'.

I still respect him on his budget and glad what he did for us! Just some of his skills let him down.

11th with a run of four promising games suddenly scuppered by three defeats out of four (continuing throughout the season) but being passed off as a continuing improvement. Loans who are no better than anyone already here and then sometimes not even playing. Players berated for not taking it to the corner flag with 10 minutes left when drawing. More Scottish strikers coming who are ripping it up against St Mirren and Ross County. Slumped back in the dugout with a mardy face when we are losing as if resigned  to the inevitable.

We'd have finished maybe 7th or 8th last year, or perhaps 6th but would have lost to QPR over two legs in the Semis.

This season we would be hanging about mid table probably, threatening to surge up the table at any moment but not actually showing many signs of doing it yet.

Now stop with these stupid fookin Clough threads. Waste of keyboard plastic.
