Think Cox signed George to replace him. The jigsaw of players slowly came together so that by 85 we were a really good side. By 86, we were on fire. By 87 we were invincible. Cox's transfers in the the first 12 months were absolutely inspired. Such was his successes, you could even excuse him a Wayne Biggins or 2 ? As it happens, I'm actually in the photo in the crowd.
